We are one of Canada's energy marketing companies, selling third-party crude oil from certain regional markets where we have built a solid strategic presence. We market crude oil and oil refined products globally primarily in Europe and the United States. We are established oil products trader with direct mandate from world largest oil suppliers. Our products are acquired in part through long-term contracts from the key-producing countries as well as by traditional short and medium-term purchase agreements. We buy and sell products on our own account.
